At HeckelAI.com, we publish evidence-based, expert-guided analysis that bridges the gap between AI innovation, legal frameworks, and business strategy. We invite PhD candidates, academics, senior professionals and industry leaders to contribute to a discourse that “makes a stir that matters.” Submissions are free and do not require to create an account. 

1. Eligibility & Credentials

To maintain our standard of authority, we only accept submissions from:

  • Academics: Mphil candidates, Tutors, PhD candidates, Doctors, Post-doctoral researchers and Professors.
  • Professionals: Legal experts, AI researchers, or Business Strategists with 4+ years of verified industry experience.
  • Note: You will be asked to provide a link to your LinkedIn profile or ORCID ID for verification.

2. Content Requirements

  • Originality: We only publish original work. Submissions must not have been published elsewhere (including personal blogs or Medium).
  • Non commercial: Advertising is not allowed.
  • Evidence-Based: Every significant claim must be supported by data, case law, or academic citations via hyperlinks.
  • The “Stir” Factor: We do not look for basic summaries. Your article should provide a unique perspective, a critique of current policy, or a forward-looking prediction.
  • Word Count: * Deep-dive Analysis: 1,000 – 1,500 words.  Perspective Pieces: 600 – 900 words.

3. Visuals & Media

  • Author Photo: All contributors must provide a professional headshot for their Author Bio section.
  • Article Imagery: Submissions should be accompanied by at least one high-quality image or data visualization related to the content.
  • Note: Ensure you have the rights to any images provided or that they are under a Creative Commons license.

4. Ethical Standards & AI Use

  • Human-Centric Writing: While we discuss AI, we value human insight. Use of AI for brainstorming or proofreading is allowed, but AI-generated “fluff” or raw ChatGPT output will be rejected immediately.
  • Disclosure: Authors must disclose any financial interests or affiliations with AI companies mentioned in their articles.
  • Non-Commercial: Submissions must be editorial in nature. Direct promotion of a specific product or service is prohibited.

5. Formatting & Submission Process

  • Font number 12
  • Footnotes APA or Harvard
  • After the Submission, the piece will undergo first and second level checks by an editor and an expert and we will contact you as soon as possible (est. 7-15 days).
