
Diana Biliaieva is a GMC-registered physician with clinical experience across the UK, Sweden, and Ukraine, currently completing an MBA in Health at UCL as a Bupa Scholar. Her work sits at the intersection of clinical medicine, artificial intelligence, and healthcare strategy — with a focus on how AI can be practically applied to improve patient outcomes and system efficiency.
Diana has developed a data-driven business case for AI implementation at Karolinska University Hospital, contributed to a national AI in health strategy framework for Ukraine, and authored a clinician-perspective op-ed on AI’s role in addressing diagnostic delays in endometriosis and PCOS. She combines frontline clinical experience with strategic thinking to explore how healthcare systems can be redesigned around better technology and better care.
