Meriem Kilani

Meriem Kilani is a digital transformation leader with over nine years of experience delivering IT and transformation initiatives across major French organizations, including SNCF, EDF, and Bouygues Telecom. With a background in telecommunications engineering and digital transformation, she operates at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution, contributing to governance, cloud transformation, and data-driven decision-making. She actively explores Artificial Intelligence as part of her professional practice, developing perspectives on how AI can enhance knowledge systems, editorial processes, and strategic decision-making in complex environments.

Meriem is also an active member of global organizations such as AnitaB.org and Women in Tech, where she contributes to advancing inclusive and international perspectives in technology. Guided by the belief that “those who cannot learn, unlearn, and relearn will be left behind” (Alvin Toffler), she approaches AI as a fundamental driver of how we must continuously evolve in our professional and intellectual journeys. Through her participation in this newsletter, she aims to create a space where Legal AI and Business AI intersect with real-world challenges, strategic thinking, and practical insights, bridging expertise with accessibility. Her ambition is to foster informed conversations, challenge assumptions, and explore how AI is not only transforming industries, but also redefining how we think, decide, and lead in an increasingly complex world.
