I am Saurabh Shewale, an engineering professional with over a decade of experience driving Digital Transformation across global operations. My career has evolved from strong technical foundations to leading strategic initiatives that modernize business processes and deliver measurable outcomes. I hold an Executive Master in Digital Transformation from ESSEC Business School, which has strengthened my ability to manage complex global projects and is shaping my identity as a future-ready digital leader. My work spans transformation programs focused on Industry 4.0, PLM integration with a vision of enabling a seamless Digital Thread. I am passionate about the evolving AI landscape with the growing interest in data driven decision making and business centric AI strategies.
