
Theodora is a Public Administration graduate from Greece’s only standalone Department of Public Administration, with academic and professional exposure to digital transformation and public sector innovation. Her academic research has focused, among others, on public administration reform and governance, digital transformation, and emerging technologies, exploring topics such as the implementation of the NSRF 2014–2020 and 2021–2027 frameworks, the digital transformation of key sectors of the Greek economy, smart villages and smart agriculture initiatives, and the acceleration of public sector digitalization following the COVID-19 pandemic. She also contributed to the development of a healthcare mobile application aimed at modernizing healthcare services management.
Currently, as a Client Services professional at a leading global expert network firm, she manages consulting projects across a wide range of industries, including projects on AI, digital transformation, IT, and technology-related initiatives, helping clients make informed decisions through real time insights.
